I stopped by and got the number for the two people responsible for hiring. I really fucking hope I still get the job since my friend works there and he tells me he doesn't do jack shit - after I dropped my resume off he had to carry a TV out for some guy who was coming by later to pick it up, and he was literally out there for 45 minutes talking with me before his supervisor realized the guy wasn't coming and he sent him to do something else.
Also the place has the best air-conditioner ever, since Kelowna is a fucking sweaty shithole right now. It's either there, Tim's or late-night security at my dad's quarry - literally nobody else is looking. And security would suck since it's just watching a bunch of TVs in a trailer with the cops on speed-dial - and the room would heat up really fast.
And 4 of the 6 Tim Hortons in the area don't have central air conditioning - the one on Richter striked for one and they still don't have one, which is bullshit.
